Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of any balances held. LuckyElf Casino reserves the right to void any bets or winnings connected to prohibited conduct and to pursue legal remedies where applicable.
Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game round, LuckyElf Casino and the software provider involved reserve the right to void the affected round and return any stakes placed. This includes scenarios where a round cannot be completed due to a server-side failure, a disconnection, or an error that prevents the outcome from being recorded. Limitation of Liability

Governing Law
